This keyboard is really enjoyable. If you are looking for a great sound for a grand piano, than this is the right one for you. I had this thing for over 2 years. And it works like nothing else. If you are looking for a keyboard this is the one for you.

I bought my piano in 2003. It has been nothing but a pleasure to play. Action is very good. I wish it had better organ sounds, something more like a b3. I've played pianos that cost much more and don't think this one can be topped without spending a lot more money. If you're looking for a great digital piano, this one is worth looking at.

Not only does this piano look great in my home, but it sounds and plays just like a real piano. My Dad is a piano player and he bought for my family so we can follow in his foot steps. I rarely miss a day of playing. It is very good quality. (even the bench) I'm glad I bought a model that has the pedals attached to the piano so I'm not always looking under the piano to see where it is. If you want a piano in your home but don't want a big heavy acoustic that is going to go out of tune and get in the way, then this is what you want. Love it!

We settled on the Yamaha YDP223 and are very pleased.

The sound is very good. Its not literally the same as an acoustic piano, but its certainly very close. And any difference is more than made up for by the variety of great sounds the Yamaha can make. The other features, such as the built in metronome and the recorder, are very nice.

We hae two daughters who are taking lessons, and their interest has certainly been reinvigorated by this instrument. It looks great, and has a solid, quality feel to it. We are totally pleased.
